The Nut House pilot (42 minutes B/W)

• Jay Ward's 1963 pilot, The Nut House, which aired in prime-time on CBS-TV. This live television show features a cast of young unknowns doing zany skits and sharp-edged political comedy. If the premise sounds familiar, it's because eight years later Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In did the same thing. However, unlike Laugh-In, this show never got a regular spot on the air. This is the most complete version available and includes 8 minutes that were previously missing.
